When you’ve finished browsing and are ready to check out, go to your cart at the top right corner of any product page and click “My Cart”. Make sure all the products and quantities in your cart are correct, choose the shipping and click the “Checkout Now” button to continue. We’ll take you to a secured server where you’ll enter and confirm your billing, shipping and payment information.

It depends on the address of the person receiving the item. We charge the sales tax as required by law based on the shipping destination. We’ll only collect tax amounts required by law, which may include both merchandise and other services such as gift wrap and shipping.

Of course! It comes in the form of a xoxo espresso gift certificate with a coupon/promo code, which makes a wonderful gift.
From time to time we may offer special discounts or promotions through unique promo codes. If you have a promo code, simply enter it in the Promo Code box during checkout. Your special offer/coupon will be applied to your purchase. If you have difficulty entering the code, or it does not apply the proper discount, please contact us using the form in contact us page.
Please contact us as soon as possible using the contact us page. If we have already processed your order, we cannot cancel it. You can, however, return a product for a full refund according to our return policies.
Following your order confirmation email, you will receive an email with the tracking number which will allow you to track the status of your package, from the minute it is shipped until it is received. You can check the status of your order in your accont page too.
2 - Gift Certificate
Select the amount of the individual certificates and adjust the quantity.
In this case, please place multiple orders, where each order contains the Gift Certificate to a single recipient.
Upon entering the ‘checkout’ part of our store, please enter the code you find on your Gift Certificate in the field marked ‘Coupon Discounts.’ Any amount above the certificate value may easily be placed on a credit card of your choice. Any balance left will be kept track of. Simply use the same code again and the remaining balance will be discounted.

3 - Shipping informations
We typically use USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) and UPS Ground (3-5 days), for all other packages. Immediate shipping is available.
We ship Monday to Friday. In some locations packs can be delivered even Saturday.
We offer many options of flat rate shipping. To see your shipping costs, continue in the checkout process.
No, we are unable to schedule a special delivery date but you can subscribe to receive the products periodically.
We are unable to ship to an APO or FPO box at this time.
No, we are unable to deliver to a Post Office Box.
We do not ship outside the US at this time.
4 - Return and Exchange informations
If we’ve made a mistake with your order, we’ll make it 100% right. Just contact us at email@example.com within 7 business days of delivery. We’ll correct the mistake right away and get you the right coffee.
